The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 14th December, 2015 and subsequent reminders dated 21st December, 2015, 5th January, 2016, 10th March, 2016, 5th May, 2016 and 17th May, 2016 on the subject mentioned above and to say that, so far, 12 cadre units have not furnished the requisite information to this Department. These 12 cadre units are, therefore, requested to furnish the requisite information to this Department immediately.
