The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 14^{th } December, 2015 and subsequent reminders dated 21^{st } December, 2015, 5^{th } January, 2016, 10^{th } March, 2016, 5^{th } May, 2016, 17^{th } May, 2016 and 31^{st } May, 2016 on the subject mentioned above and to say that, so far, 11 cadre units have not furnished the requisite information to this Department. These 11 cadre units are, therefore, requested to furnish the requisite information to this Department immediately.
