Subject: Zone of consideration for inclusion in the Select List of Upper Division Clerks’ Grade of CSCS for the years 2004-2014 against Seniority Quota-regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30.09.2015 and reminder dated 04.11.2015 on the subject mentioned above and to state that out of 41 cadre units, only four cadre units viz. M/o Environment & Forest, M/o Youth Affairs & Sports, UPSC and P&NG, have forwarded complete information till date. Further, part information has been received from DoPT, M/o Labour and IP&P.

2. The remaining 34 cadre units and cadre units who have provided part information are again requested to forward the requisite information at the earliest, latest by 25.11.2015, so that Select List of 2004-2014 of UDC Grade may be finalized.
