This office memorandum from the Department of Personnel & Training addresses the finalization of the Select List of Upper Division Clerks (UDC) for the years 2004-2014 against the Seniority Quota within the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS). It reminds cadre units to submit complete information, noting that only seven have done so to date. The memorandum lists all participating cadre units of CSCS, spanning various ministries and departments of the Government of India, including Agriculture, Civil Aviation, Commerce & Industry, Defence, Health & Family Welfare, and many others. Cadre units are requested to submit the required information by December 4th, 2015, to facilitate the completion of the Select List.

Subject: Zone of consideration for inclusion in the Select List of Upper Division Clerks’ Grade of CSCS for the years 2004-2014 against Seniority Quota-regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30.09 .2015 and reminder dated 04.11 .2015 , 20.11.2015 and 26.11.2015 on the subject mentioned above and to state that only seven cadre units viz. M/o Coal, M/o Environment & Forest, M/o HRD, D/o Posts, M/o Youth Affairs & Sports, UPSC and P&NG have forwarded complete information till date. Further, part information has been received from M/o Labour, IP&P, M/o Shipping and Corporate Affairs.

  1. The remaining cadre units and cadre units who have provided part information are again requested to forward the requisite information at the earliest, latest by \underline{04.12 .2015}, so that Select List of 2004-2014 of UDC Grade may be finalized.
