Subject: Zone of consideration for inclusion in the Select List of Upper Division Clerks’ Grade of CSCS for the years 2004-2014 against Seniority Quota-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30.09 .2015 and reminder dated 04.11 .2015,20.11 .2015, 26.11 .2015,04.12 .2015,08.12 .2015,11.12 .2015 and 17.12 .2015 on the subject mentioned above. Many cadre units have not conducted DPCs in respect of officials who were shifted to SL-2004 from SL-2003(Annexure-I).
- The remaining cadre units and cadre units who have provided part information (as shown in the Annexure-II) are once again requested to forward the requisite information immediately without further delay, so that Select List of 2004-2014 of UDC Grade may be finalized.
