OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from UDCs of CSCS to Assistant Grade of CSS- Select List for the year- 2012 (SQ) -regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $1^{\text {st }}$ June, 2015, vide which all the Cadre Units were requested to furnish a consolidated report indicating the names and details of the officials who have been regularized in Assistant Grade against the Select List year 2012 and a list of those UDCs who have not been regularized, along with reasons for their nonclusion, to this Department by 12th June, 2015.
2. It has been observed that the Cadre Units have so far not furnished the consolidated report. The Cadre Units are requested to furnish the consolidated raport to this Department by 23.06 .2015 .
