The memorandum notes that some Cadre Units have not yet submitted the required reports and reiterates the request for submission by August 14, 2015, including a specific proforma to be followed. The document also lists 25 Cadre Units to whom this communication is addressed, spanning various ministries and departments including Agriculture, Commerce, Culture, Earth Sciences, Home Affairs, and Youth Affairs & Sports.

Subject: Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from UDCs of CSCS to Assistant Grade of CSS-Select List for the year 2012(SQ)-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 1st June, 2015 and subsequent reminders dated 17th June, 2015 & 7th July, 2015 vide which all the Cadre Units were requested to furnish a consolidated report indicating the names and details of the officials who have been regularized in the Assistant Grade against Select List year 2012 and also a list of those UDCs who have not been regularized, along with the reasons for their non-inclusion, to this Department immediately but not later than 10th July, 2015.
- It has been observed that Cadre Units as per the list attached have so far not furnished the consolidated report. The defaulting Cadre Units are, therefore, once again requested to furnish the consolidated report strictly as per the requisite proforma (Annexure-II to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 01.06.2015) to this Department immediately but not later than 14.08.2015 in any case.
