OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from UDCs of CSCS to Assistant Grade of CSS-Select List for the year 2012(SQ)-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $1^{\text {st }}$ June, 2015 and subsequent reminders dated $17^{\text {th }}$ June, 2015, $7^{\text {th }}$ July, 2015 \& $6^{\text {th }}$ August, 2015 vide which all the Cadre Units were requested to furnish a consolidated report indicating the names and details of the officials who have been regularized in the Assistant Grade against Select List year 2012 and also a list of those UDCs who have not been regularized, along with the reasons for their non-inclusion, to this Department immediately but not later than 14.08.2015.
2. It has been observed that Cadre Units as per the list attached have so far not furnished the consolidated report. The concerned Cadre Units are, therefore, once again requested to furnish the consolidated report along-with the promotion orders of the officials, strictly as per the requisite proforma (Annexure-II to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 01.06.2015) to this Department immediately for finalization of SL-2012(SQ) in the grade of Assistant.
