Preparation of Panels of Sr.PPS Select List Year 2010

This Office Memorandum concerns the preparation of panels for the Senior Private Secretary Select List for the year 2010. It directs relevant departments to submit Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificates, and Major/Minor penalty certificates for PPS officers by April 2nd, 2010. A subsequent memorandum, dated March 19th, 2010, requests ACRs/NRCs for Principal Private Secretaries by April 19th, 2010, with instructions to submit ‘No Report Certificates’ if ACRs are unavailable. The document lists numerous ministries and departments, along with the names of specific officers from each, to whom these requests are directed. The annexure details officers with missing ACRs and the periods for which they are outstanding.

Subject: Preparation of panels of Sr.PPS Select List Year 2010 regarding.
The undersigned is directed to say that latest Vigilance Clearance, Integrity Certificate & Major/Minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years in respect of the PPS as shown in Annexure may please be furnished to this Department immediately & positively by 02.04.2010. These certificates are required in connection with the preparation of panels of Sr.PPS for the Select List year 2010.
