This Office Memorandum directs Principal Private Secretaries to furnish ACRs/NRCs for the preparation of panels of PPS for the Select List Years 2008 & 2009 by April 30, 2010. It also instructs that a ‘No Report Certificate’ be submitted if an ACR is unavailable. The memorandum lists numerous ministries and departments, requesting ACRs for specific individuals within each, and details the periods for which ACRs are missing for a large number of officials as per the attached annexure.

The undersigned is directed to say that ACRs/NRCs in respect of the following Principal Private Secretaries as shown in Annexure may please be furnished to this Department immediately & positively by 30.04.2010. These ACRs are required in connection with the preparation of panels of PPS for the Select List Years 2008 & 2009.
- In case the ACR is not reported/available “No Report Certificate” may please be forwarded without further delay.
