Please refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 10/08/2011 and 23.8.2011 (copy enclosed) regarding furnishing of deficient ACRs, Vigilance Clearance etc. in respect of Private Secretaries of the CSSS for preparation of panel for Principal Private Secretary of Select List year 2010.
- The deficient ACRs of the Private Secretaries working in your cadre (as indicated in the Annexure) are yet to be received in this Department despite repeated requests. In addition Cadre units were also requested to furnish the Vigilance Clearance & Major/Minor penalty certificates for the last 10 years in respect of the PSs from Select List year 1991 to 2004 and a certificate that the APAR for the year 2008-2009 onward have been shown to the individuals (as per part (A) & (B) of Annexure II and Annexure III of the OM dated 10.8.2011.) The same is also still awaited.

I shall be grateful if you could kindly look into the matter personally and expedite the above mentioned ACRs/Vigilance Clearance etc. without further delay. In this regard I have also convened a meeting at 10.30 AM on 23/9/2011 in my chamber Room No.348, 3rd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhavan to discuss the status of pending ACRs/APARs etc. You may kindly depute the concerned Under Secretary to attend the meeting along with the requisite documents.

- Since these officials figure in the eligibility zone, their ACRs are also required to be sent to UPSC along with the proposal for preparation of panel for PPS of Select List Year, 2010. It is requested that their ACRs may be forwarded to this Division without further delay. In case the ACRs are not available NRCs may be forwarded o this Department.
