OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject : Preparation of Panel for PS for the Select List Year 2010.
Reference is invited to this Department’s OM dated 27/1/2011 communicating the decisions taken by the Government on cadre review of CSSS. This Department has already submitted proposal for preparation of Panel for the post of PPS for Select List Year 2010 to UPSC. The UPSC would be conducting the DPC shortly. Consequent upon regular promotion of the PPS for the SLY 2010 this Department would be issuing the zone of consideration for promotion to the grade of PS for the Select List Year 2010. Since a large number of PAs, who are presently working as PS (Ad-hoc), are likely to be covered in the zone of consideration, cadre units are requested to ensure that the ACRs/APARs/Vigilance clearance etc of these officers are complete and available with them for conducting the DPC. Further, it may also be ensured that instructions as provided in this Departments’ OM Nos 21011/1/2005-Estt.(A) (Pt.II) dated 14.5.2009 and 21011/1/2010Estt(A) dated 13.4.2010 have been complied with.
