The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dt. 11.02.2013 on the above-mentioned subject and to say that the following information in respect of the eligible PPSs has not been received in this Department so far:

- The concerned cadre units are, therefore, requested to send the abovementioned information immediately. The cadre units are also requested to forward a certificate alongwith the APARs of the above officers, as prescribed in this Department’s OM No. 21011/1/2005-Estt.(A) (Pt.-II) dt. 14.05.2009 that these APARs have been disclosed to the officers reported upon.
- In case the ACR/APAR is not available ‘No Report Certificate’ may please be forwarded without further delay. This may be treated as urgent.
