This Office Memorandum from the Ministry of Personnel, PG and Pensions concerns the promotion of Private Secretaries of the Central Secretariat Service (CSSS) to the grade of Principal Private Secretary for the Selection Year (SLY) 2013. Subject: Promotion of Private Secretary of CSSS to the Grade of Principal Private Secretary of CSSS for the SLY 2013- calling for deficient APARs etc.- regarding.
In continuation of this Department’s OM of even number dated 19.11.2013 and subsequent reminders dated 01.01.2014, 10.01.2014 & 17.01.2014 where cadre units of CSSS were requested to furnish the deficient Vigilance Clearance, Major and Minor penalty certificate, APARs/ACRs and Disclosure certificate in respect of Private Secretaries for preparation of panel for PPS of SLY 2013.
- The requisite information in respect of some PSs, whose names have been mentioned in Annexure-I & II to this OM, are yet to be furnished. The concerned cadre units as well as the concerned officials are requested to submit the requisite information immediately.
- In case the ACRs/APARs for any period are not available “No Report Certificate” may please be forwarded without any further delay.
