Subject: Status of Vigilance Clearance and Major/Minor Penalty certificate for preparation of panel of Sr. PPS of CSSS for SLY 2015 – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 19.03.2015 followed by reminders dated 22.04.2015 and 06.05.2015 on the subject mentioned above. All the cadre units of CSSS were requested to furnish the Vigilance Clearance as on date and Major/Minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years in respect of PPSs, who are being considered in the zone of consideration for promotion to the grade of Sr. PPS of CSSS for SLY 2015. The information in respect of some PPSs, as per annexure to this OM, has not been received in this Division till date despite several reminders.
- The concerned cadre units as well as the officers concerned are, therefore, requested to furnish the requisite information immediately without further delay to enable this Department to send the proposal of Sr. PPS for SLY 2015 to UPSC at the earliest.
