Subject: Status of ACRs/APARs, Vigilance Clearance and Major/Minor penalty certificate in respect of Sr.PPS of the SLY 2011 – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 21.01.2016 on the subject mentioned above and to say that this Department is in the process to prepare the panel of PSO for SLY 2016. Sr. PPSs of SLY 2011 are eligible for being considered for promotion to the grade of PSO. In this regard, the status of ACRs/APARs and disclosure certificate in respect of these Sr. PPSs are circulated herewith. Concerned cadre units as well as the concerned officers are requested to check at their end the details of the non-availability of ACRs/APARs and make available the requisite records to this Department immediately.
- In case there is a discrepancy, matter should be brought to the notice of this Department immediately. The cadre units are further requested to ensure that the instructions as contained in this Department’s OM No. 21011//1/2010-Estt.(A) dated 13.04.2010 have been complied with.
- The cadre units are also requested to provide the Vigilance Clearance and Major/Minor penalty certificate for last 10 years in respect of these officers. It may also be ensured that the IPR in respect of these officials have been forwarded to this Division and personal particulars of these officials have been uploaded in the Web Based Cadre Management Software of CSSS.
