Completion of APARs of CSSS Officers

Subject: Completion of APARs of CSSS Officers – reg.


The undersigned is directed to say that some Private Secretaries(PS) of CSSS of Select List upto 2010 (whose dossiers are with DOPT), are likely to be considered for promotion to the grade of Principal Private Secretaries (PPS). It may be noticed that upto date APARs of most of the eligible officers are not available in this office. It is necessary that upto date APAR dossiers of all the officers may be completed and to provide this Department urgently.

  1. The Ministries/Departments/ Cadre units are also requested to make available the APARs upto 2017-18 and also intimate the reasons for non-availability of APARs if any, at the earliest to this Department
