Subject: Introduction of SPARROW for CSSS officers – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 13.04.2016 and O.M. No. 22/10/2015-CS.I(APAR) dated 27.06.2016 of CS.I Division of this Department on the subject mentioned above vide which online recording of APARs has been made mandatory for the officers including Principal Staff Officers and Senior Principal Private Secretaries of CSSS with effect from year FY-2015-16.
- In this connection, attention of the cadre units as well as the officers concerned is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 10.06.2016 vide which revised schedule for filing of self appraisal etc. has been notified.
- It has been observed that as per the data available at the system, APAR has been filed by 37 officers, out of 138 officers in the grade of Sr. PPSs/PSOs. Further, the necessary data in respect of only 122 officers has been posted. As such, concerned cadre units are requested to finalise the posting of data in respect of Sr. PPSs/PSOs working under them and expedite online submission of APARs by the officers.
