This Office Memorandum details the nomination of PPS(Ad-hoc)/PS officers of CSSS to participate in a Level-III Training Programme (Condensed Version) conducted by the ISTM from February 20th to March 2nd, 2012. It directs Cadre Authorities to relieve the nominated officers in time and sanction a travel allowance of Rs. 45,000 for a study tour as part of the training. Authorities are also requested to submit the officers’ Curriculum Vitae, including gender information, to the ISTM. A comprehensive list of nominated officers with their designations, dates of birth, and current departments is included as an annexure. The document also provides a proforma for the Curriculum Vitae to be submitted.

Subject: Level-III Training Programme (Condensed Version) from 20th February to 2nd March, 2012 (Two Weeks) for PS/PPS(ad-hoc) of CSSS-reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to ISTM’s letter No. A-33027/3/2010-ISTM dated 21st December, 2012 on the subject cited above and to say that PPS(ad-hoc)/PS of CSSS whose names are given in the Annexure have been nominated to participate in the Level-III Training Programme (Condensed Version) being conducted by the ISTM from 20.02.2012 to 02.03.2012. It is requested that these officers may please be relieved of their duties with the direction to report to Shri G.D. Chawla, Assistant Director, ISTM Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 20.02.2012.

  1. Cadre Authorities are requested to ensure that the officers nominated to the above training programme are relieved in time.
  2. As part of the Training Programme, the participants would be taken on a study tour. In order to meet the expenditure for the study tour, all the administrative Ministries/Departments are required to sanction an advance of Rs. 45,000/-(Rupees forty thousand only) as T.A. advance for each participant, along with their relieving order.
  3. Cadre authorities are also requested to send Curriculum Vitae of each participant specifically indicating their gender in prescribed proforma given in the annexure to Shri G.D. Chawla, Asstt. Director & Course Coordinator, ISTM, New Delhi.
