This Office Memorandum details the nomination of Personal Assistants (PAs) and Private Secretaries (PSs) to participate in a Level-II Training Programme conducted by the ISTM from February 23rd to March 6th, 2015. OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Level-II Training Programme from 23/02/2015 to 06/03/2015 (Two weeks) for PA of CSSS reg.

The undersigned is directed to say that PAs/PSs, whose names are given in the Annexure have been nominated to participate in the Level-II Training Programme to be conducted by the ISTM from 23/02/2015 to 06/03/2015.
2. It may be noted that officials have been promoted to the Grade of Private Secretary (PS) vide OM No. 4/8/2013-CS.II(A) (Part-I) dated 31.12.2014 of this Department on the condition that they would successfully complete Level-II training under CTP, whenever nominated by this Department. The officials who have been promoted vide the order dated 31.12.2014 have, therefore, been nominated for this training programme. Some of the officials who could not be nominated in the previous Level- II training programme dated 02/02/2015 to 13/02/2015, have been included in said training programme.
3. These officials as per the Annexure be relieved of their duties from their present cadre with the direction to report to the Course Coordinator, Smt. Jayashree Chellamani, Assistant Director, ISTM Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. on 23/02/2015.
4. Cadre Authorities are requested to:-
i) ensure that the officers nominated for the above training programme are relieved in time.
ii) sanction an advance of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) as T.A. advance for each participant along with their relieving order.
iii) forward Curriculum Vitae of each participant specifically indicating their gender and medium in prescribed proforma, as per Annexure II to the Course- Coordinator.
5. The officials concerned should also make efforts in their own interest to get relieved for the said training programme.
6. Non-participation in training programme would be viewed seriously.
