This Office Memorandum announces the postponement of a Level-III Training Programme for Private Secretaries (PSs) of the Central Secretariat Service (CSSS). Originally scheduled to begin on March 13th, 2017, the programme will now commence on March 14th, 2017. All Ministries and Departments are instructed to inform nominated officers of this change and to relieve them of their duties so they can report to Sh. Uday Sankar Chattopadhyay at the ISTM on March 14th at 9:00 AM. The memorandum also details the distribution list for the communication.

Subject:- Level-III Training Programme at ISTM for PSs of CSSS – postponement reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even no. dated 1^{st } March, 2017 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the said training programme scheduled to commence on 13th March 2017 will now commence on 14th March 2017.
- All the Ministries/Departments shall bring the above postponement of Level-III Training programme to the notice of officers of their respective cadre who are nominated for Level-III training programme vide DoPT’s OM dated 01.03.2017. It is requested that nominated officers may be relived of their duties and advised to report to Sh. Uday Sankar Chattopadhyay, Deputy Director, ISTM, Administrative Block, JNU Campus (Old), New Delhi-110067 at 9 A.M. sharp on 14.03.2017.
