This Office Memorandum announces a Level-III Training Programme for Private Secretaries (PSs) of the Central Secretariat Service (CSSS) scheduled from May 14th to June 1st, 2018. All nominated officers are instructed to complete an online nomination form available on the ISTM website. The memorandum also references a previous communication dated April 19th, 2018, and specifies that officers should submit a signed copy of the completed form with their sponsoring authority. A list of regularly nominated PSs with their cadre details is included as an annexure. The document also mentions a few renominated and final nominations.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Level-III Training Programme from 14.05.2018 to 01.06.2018 for PSs of CSSS – reg.
In continuation to this Department’s OM of even no. dated. 19.04.2018, the undersigned is directed to say that all nominated officers for the above stated training programme are directed to visit the ISTM website and fill the online form and submit the same online without fail immediately. The link is http://www.istm.gov.in/home/online nomination form. The officers may take a print out of the form once filled up and submitted online, and then get it signed by their sponsoring authority and carry it with them on joining day of the course, at ISTM.
