In partial modification of this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 5.8.2011 on the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to re-nominate Ms. K. Madhavi Latha, Steno. Grade ‘D’ on her promotion to Steno. Grade ‘C'(PA) on ad-hoc basis as per details given below:
