An annexure details the officials whose joining orders are still pending, including their names, dates of birth, ranks, and current/nominated cadre details.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Nomination of PA/PS(ad-hoc) for appointment to the grade of PS of CSSS on qualifying combined SO/PS LDCE 2009, 2010 & 2011 Exam- regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 22/08/01, wherein 144 PA/PS(ad-hoc) were promoted to the PS grade of CSSS on qualifying combined SO/LDCE 2009, 2010 & 2011 Examination conducted by UPSC. In continuation of the aforesaid OM some of the PA/PS (ad-hoc), vide this Department’s OM of even no. dated 05/09/2013 and 23/09/2013, were re-nominated to another cadre on request of various Department/Ministries. In this regard, all the cadre units were requested to forward a copy of the appointment orders of the concerned officials and to ensure that the officials who have been nominated/re-nominated out of their Cadre Units are relieved within 45 days from the date of issue of aforesaid O.Ms to take up the new posting in the allocated Cadre Units. However, despite a lapse of considerable time, this Department have not received the joining orders of the officials whose names appear in the annexure to this O.M.
- In view of the above, the concerned Cadre Units are requested to ensure that the concerned officials, whose names are given in the Annexure, are relieved immediately under intimation to this Department.
