Extension of Ad-hoc Promotion of Stenographers to Principal Private Secretaries

This Office Memorandum details the extension of the ad-hoc promotion of Stenographers Grade ‘A’ & ‘B’ (merged) to the position of Principal Private Secretaries (PPS) within the CSSS. The extension is valid up to June 30, 2010, or until regular PPS appointments are made, or until superannuation, whichever comes first. The memorandum references a previous order dated September 9, 2009, and lists the names and details of officers affected by this extension in an attached annexure. It also clarifies that all other terms and conditions outlined in the previous order remain unchanged. The annexure provides a comprehensive list of officers, their dates of birth, dates of regular appointment as stenographers, and their current cadre of work.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Extension of the term of ad-hoc promotion of Steno. Grade ‘A’ & ‘B’ (merged) (Grade Pay Rs. 4800/-) as Principal Private Secretaries (Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-) of CSSS – reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 9.9.2009 through which ad-hoc promotions to the post of PPS were continued upto 31.12.2009 and to say that it has been decided to extend further the term of ad-hoc appointments of officers, as shown in Annexure, upto 30.6.2010 or till regular PPS become available or till date of superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier.

  1. Other terms and conditions laid down in the above referred OM will remain unchanged.
