This office memorandum details the ad-hoc promotion of 15 Private Secretaries (PSs) to the grade of Principal Private Secretaries (PPSs) within the Central Secretariat Service (CSSS). This is a continuation of a previous order from December 28, 2018, which saw 588 PSs promoted on a similar basis. The promotion is valid until June 30, 2019, or until the posts are filled through regular promotion, whichever comes first. The annexure lists the names, cadre, date of birth, and other details of the 15 promoted PSs. All terms and conditions from the previous order remain applicable.

Subject: Promotion of Private Secretaries (PSs) to Principal Private Secretaries (PPS) of CSSS on ad-hoc basis-regarding
In continuation of this Department’s OM of even number dated 28.12.2018 vide which 588 PSs of CSSS have been promoted to the grade of PPS purely on ad-hoc basis, it has been decided to promote 15 more PSs of CSSS purely on ad-hoc basis for a period upto 30/06/2019 or till the posts are filled up on regular promotion or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The details of such PSs are given in the Annexure to this OM.
2. All other terms and conditions as stipulated in the OM of even number dated 28.12.2018 will be applicable for the present OM also.
