Subject:- Forwarding of APARs dossiers of Private Secretary upto Select List 2014 and updation of vigilance status – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM No. 3/5/2020-CS.II(A) dated 13.12.2021 and to say that vigilance clearance i.r.o. 17 PSs as in Annexure-I has not been received in this Department. The concerned cadre units are requested to send the vigilance status to this Department immediately.
- A reference is also invited to this Department’s OM No. 3/5/2020-CS.II(A) dated 16.12.2020, wherein the cadre units were requested to furnish the APARs dossiers of Private Secretaries of Select List 2014 in original so as to complete their records. However, we have not received the original APARs of the 46 PSs of Select List 2014 as given in Annexure-II. The concerned cadre units of these 46 PSs are requested to send their complete APARs dossiers to this Division immediately.
