OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Request for retention of Shri Paras Nath Yadav, PA(Ad-hoc) posted in the Ministry of Water Resources – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Water Resources’ D.O. letter No. 5/2/2009-Admn.(Vol.II) dated 21st August, 2012 addressed to Joint Secretary, DOP&T on the subject mentioned above and to say that the request for retention of Shri Paras Nath Yadav, PA(ad-hoc) posted in the office of Director, Central Soil and Materials Research Station (CSMRS) has not been agreed to in view of the provisions of RTP issued vide this Department’s O.M. dated 15th July, 2011.
