OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/ PA (ad-hoc) of CSSS for appointment to the Grade of Personal Assistants of CSSS for the Select List Year-2010 on regular basis under the Zoning Scheme for Seniority Quota – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Deparment’s O.Ms. of even number dated 3/8/2012 and 23/11/2012 wherein 1264 (1134+130) Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(Ad-hoc) were considered for appointment/promotion to the PA Grade of CSSS on regular basis under the Zoning Scheme on their inclusion in the Select List Year2010(SQ). In this regard, all the Cadre Units were requested to forward a copy of the appointment orders of the concerned officials and to ensure that the officials who have been nominated out of their cadre units are relieved within 45 days from the date of issue of these O.Ms to take up the new posting in the allocated cadre units. However, despite a lapse of considerable time, this Department have not received the relieving/joining orders of the officials whose names appear in the Annexure to this O.M.
2. In view of above, all the defaulting Cadre Units, whose names are given in the Annexure, are requested to ensure that the concerned officials are relieved positively by $8^{\text {th }}$ March, 2013 under intimation to this Department. In case any official is not willing to avail of his/her regular promotion as PA in his/her cadre, he may be debarred of promotion and his/her ad-hoc promotion as PA may also be discontinued in terms of this Department’s O.M. No. 5/2/2/010-CS-II(C) dated 25/4/2011. A copy of his/her debarment order be sent to this Deparment for taking further necessary action.
