Despite this, many orders remain unreceived, prompting a reminder to the concerned Cadre Units to submit the necessary documentation immediately. An annexure lists the officials for whom orders are still pending, detailing their CSL number, name, Select List Year (SLY), current cadre, and nominated cadre.

Subject:- Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) of CSSS for appointment to the grade of Personal Assistants of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2011 on regular basis – Non relieving of Steno Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 22.11.2013 wherein the Cadre Units had been requested that the Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc), who had been transferred to other Cadre Units, be relieved positively by 2nd December, 2013 to join their allocated Cadre Units. In case any official is not willing to avail regular promotion as PA, he/she may be debarred and his/her adhoc promotion as PA may also be discontinued.
- Despite a lapse of considerable time, the relieving/debarment orders of the officials (as per list annexed) have not yet been received in this Department.
- Concerned Cadre Units are requested to send a copy of relieving/debarment order of the official concerned to this Department immediately.
