Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(ad-hoc) for appointment to the Grade of PA of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2011 on regular basis under the Zoning Scheme for Seniority Quota (SQ).
In continuation of this Department’s O.Ms of even number dated 30.9.2013 and 31.1.2014 on the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to make nomination of the following Steno. Grade ‘D’ for appointment to PA Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2011 under the Zoning Scheme on inclusion in the Select List Year 2011(SQ):

- She has been placed at Sl.No. 4A between Shri S. Thiyagarajan (Sl. No. 4) and Smt. Saroj Vanvari (Sl. No. 5) in the panel for Select List Year 2011(SQ) issued vide Annexure to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30.9.2013. The terms and conditions laid down in this Department’s O.M. No. 5/10/2012-CS-II(C) dated 30.9.2013 will also apply in this case.
- It is requested that urgent action be taken to appoint/promote Ms. Kamal Bhalla to PA Grade of CSSS against the Select List Year 2011(SQ) provided she is clear from vigilance angle. A copy of the appointment/promotion order issued in this regard by the concerned Cadre Unit duly indicating the CSL number of the official be also forwarded to this Department immediately.
