Subject: Nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’/PA(ad-hoc) for appointment to the Grade of PA of CSSS for the Select List Year – 2012 on regular basis under Seniority Quota (SQ).
In continuation of this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 12.5.2014 & 25.7.2014 on the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to say that it has been decided to make nomination of Ms. Arathi Murnal, Steno. Grade ‘D’/PA(adhoc) for appointment to PA Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2012 on her inclusion in the Select List Year 2012(SQ)an under:-

The terms and conditions laid down in this Department’s O.M. No. 5/1/2014-CS-II(C) dated 12.5.2014 will also apply in this case.
- Department of Expenditure is requested that urgent action be taken to appoint/promote Ms. Arathi Murnal to PA Grade of CSSS against the Select List Year 2012(SQ) provided she is clear from vigilance angle. A copy of the appointment/promotion order issued in this regard duly indicating the CSL number of Ms. Arathi Murnal be also forwarded to this Department immediately.
