OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject:- Nomination of Personal Assistants/Private Secretaries(Ad-hoc) for appointment to the Private Secretary Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year 2010 (extended) on regular basis under the zoning scheme for Seniority Quota(SQ) – reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department O.M. of even number dated 23.11.2012 on the above mentioned subject and to say that all the cadre units of CSSS were requested to furnish the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee along with vigilance clearance in respect of the eligible Personal Assistants of Select List year 2004 and 2005 belonging to SC category whose details is enclosed as annexure.

2. All the cadre controlling authorities are therefore, once again requested to expedite the requisite information to enable this Department to finalize the central panel of eligible officers for appointment/promotion to PS of CSSS for Select List Year 2010.
