Subject: – Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from PA to PS grade of CSSS- Select List Year 2013 – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Departments’ O.M. of even number dated 10.06.2014 and subsequent reminders dated 04.07.2014, 16.07.2014, 05.08.2014, 25.09.2014 & 15.10.2014 on the above mentioned subject. The requisite information regarding recommendation of DPC for promotion of eligible PAs to PS Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2013 was required to be furnished in the prescribed proforma by 30.06.2014.
- The requisite information from the concerned Cadre Units, has not so far been received despite reminders. The non-receipt of the said information is delaying the process of finalizing the panel of eligible officers for appointment to PS Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2013. The defaulting Cadre Units are requested to furnish the requisite information without further delay.
