OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Nomination of Personal Assistant(PA) of CSSS for appointment to the Grade of Private Secretary(PS) of CSSS for the Select List Year 2013 under Seniority Quota on regular basis-Non-relieving of PAs-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Departments’ O.M. of even number dated 13.04.2015 and subsequent reminders dated 29.04.2015, 14.05.2015 and 17.06.2015 respectively on the above mentioned subject.
2. Further, this Department vide OM No.4/9/2014-CS.II(A) (part-III) dated 17.07.2015, had issued promotion order to the Grade of PS for the SLY 2013(extended) and Cadre Units were requested to ensure that the officers concerned are relieved by $\mathbf{2 0 . 0 7 . 2 0 1 5}$ to take up the new posting in the allocated Cadre Units. Subsequently, this Department vide OM of even number dated 21.08.2015, cadre units were requested to forward the requisite information of the officials mentioned in the Annexure of the said OM. However, the requisite information from the Cadre Units as per Annexure has not so far been received in this Department.
3. Concerned Cadre Units are requested to send a copy of relieving/joining/debarment orders of the officials, whose names are given in the Annexure, to this Department without any further delay.
