OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Status of Vigilance Clearance and Major/Minor Penalty Certificate for preparation of panel of Principal Private Secretaries (PPS) of CSSS for SLY 2016 – reg.

The undersigned is directed to say that this Department is in the process for initiating the exercise of promotion from Private Secretary (PS) grade of CSSS to Principal Private Secretary (PPS) grade of CSSS. All the cadre units are request to provide the following updated information/documents in respect of the officers as shown in the annexure:-

  1. Vigilance Clearance as on date.
  2. Major/Minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years.
  3. Cadre units may also ensure that ACR/APAR grading of the officers concerned have been sent to this Division, if not, the same may be made available immediately, otherwise in the absence of ACR/APAR, it would be difficult to consider their names for promotion.
  4. All the concerned cadre units are requested to provide the required information latest by 20.09.2018, positively for further necessary action.
