Subject: Vigilance Status and Major/Minor Penalty Certificate in respect of Private Secretary of CSSS -reg.
The undersigned is directed to say that in order to complete the records of the Private Secretary belonging to Select List of 2006 to Select List of 2011, who were in service on 01.07.2015, the cadre units are requested to update their vigilance status in CSCMS Portal immediately but not later than 22.04.2022.
- The Ministries/Departments are also requested to provide complete details, as requested for in the PROFORMA enclosed by 22.04.2022 to the undersigned at email id: bhagirathjha.68@gov.in under the heading “vigilance status and major/minor penalty of Private Secretary of ..Name of the Ministry/Department..”.
