Subject: Vigilance Status and Major/ Minor Penalty Certificate in respect of Private Secretary of CSSS-reg.
Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 08.04.2022 seeking Vigilance Status and Major/ Minor Penalty Certificate in respect of Private Secretary of CSSS belonging to Select List years 2006 to 2011, who were in service as on 01.07.2015.
- It is stated that the Department is considering regular promotions in different grades of CSSS in a time bound manner. One of the vital requirements for consideration of promotion is the Vigilance Status and Major/ Minor Penalty Status of the officers in the zone of consideration.
- In order to expedite the process of promotions, the cadre units are requested to send the Vigilance Status and Major/ Minor Penalty Status of the Private Secretaries of SL Year 2006 to 2011 who were in service as on 01.07.2015 immediately to this Department through email: bhagirathjha.68@gov.in.
