Subject: Appointment in the grade of Principal Private Secretary (PPS) of Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service (Select List Year 2017) -reg
In continuation to this Department’s O.M. No. 3/11/2022-C.S. II (A) dated 27.06.2022, approval of the President is hereby conveyed for inclusion of the following officer in the Select List of Selection Grade of CSSS i.e. Principal Private Secretary for the year 2017, as given below:

- It may also be brought out clearly in the Notification/appointment order that the appointment of the officer shall be subject to the outcome of the following Court cases:
(i) Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022 {arising out of SLP (C) No. 30621 of 2011} in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and connected matters (Jarnail Singh batch of cases);
(ii) Any other court cases in a connected matter.
