Sub: Vigilance Status and Major/Minor Penalty Certificate in respect of Private Secretary of CSSS-reg.
The undersigned is directed to inform that this Department is considering regular promotion in Principal Private Secretary (PPS) Grade of Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS) for the Select List Year (SLY) 2022 in a time-bound manner.
- This requires Vigilance status, Major/Minor penalty status, Training status and other data.
- In order to expedite the process of promotion, the cadre units are requested to send requisite details of the Private Secretaries of Select List Year 2014 to 2015 and earlier Select List Year and Draft Select List Year of 2016 who were in service since 01.07.2022 immediately to this Department through email at vinav.kumar.dopt@nic.in in the prescribed format under the heading of “Data related to PPS-SLY 2022” and name of the “sender cadre unit”.
- It is also requested to share the soft copy of data (in excel sheet) for speedy processing of the exercise.
- The select list of PS grade is available on the DoP&T’s website (http://doptcs.nic.in/ -> Promotion Regular -> Steno Grade C to Grade ‘A’ and ‘B’ merged).
