OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Appointment to the post of Principal Staff Officer (PSO) in CSSS in the Pay Band-4 (Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8700) for the Select List Year 2015.

The undersigned is directed to forward herewith a panel of PSO for the year 2015 (01.07.2015 – 30.06.2016) as annexed to this O.M. prepared in accordance with relevant Recruitment Rules for appointment to the post of Principal Staff Officer in CSSS in Pay Band-4 (Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8700) for the Select List Year 2015.

  1. The concerned cadre authorities of CSSS are requested to notify the appointment of the officer(s) working under them on regular basis to the grade of PSO. Officers covered in the list shall assume charge to the promoted grade only on 01.07.2015 or after and promotion shall be effective from 01.07.2015 or after as the case may be.

  2. Cadre units/Departments concerned are to ensure that officers are clear from vigilance angle in terms of this Department’s OM No. 22034/4/2012-Estt.(D) dated 02.11.2012 and also under other relevant instructions on the subject. In case of any officer being found not clear from vigilance angle under the relevant instructions matter should be immediately reported to this Department.

  3. A copy of the notification issued in this regard may be endorsed to this Department.
