The update, along with copies of vigilance status and major/minor penalty certificates for the last 10 years, must be submitted by 18.04.2022 to a specified email address, clearly indicating the vigilance status and the relevant Ministry/Department.

Subject: Seeking of vigilance status of Sr. PPSs belonging to SLY- 2015 and SLY-2016 – Regarding.
The undersigned is directed to say that the vigilance status in respect of the Sr. PPSs belonging to SLY 2015 (who were in service as on 01.07.2020) & SLY 2016 (who were in service as on 01.07.2021) may kindly be updated in cscms portal immediately but not later than 18.04.2022. A copy of the vigilance status and the major/minor penalty certificate (during the last 10 years) may also be furnished to this Department at email id: bhagirathjha.68@gov.in under the heading of “Vigilance status of Sr.PPS…Name of the Ministry/Department. ”
