Subject: Nomination of qualified candidate of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE)-2009 – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to say that based on the results of the above mentioned examination, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has recommended one more candidate namely Shri Khondakar Abul Basar for appointment as Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (PA) for the Select List Year – 2009. The examination dossier in respect of Shri Basar has been received from SSC. On the basis of vacancy position, the nomination of Shri Khondakar Abul Basar is given as under:

- Before the nominated candidate is appointed, M/o Home Affairs is requested to ensure:

(ii) Availability of vigilance clearance. - The above nominated candidate may be included in the Select List of Steno Grade ‘C’ (PA) of CSSS for the year 2009 in the manner indicated in the CSSS Rules, 1969. Copy of his appointment order may be endorsed to this Department and the SSC. The dossier of nominated candidate is forwarded herewith for keeping the same as part of his Service Book.
