OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: – Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from PA to PS grade of CSSS- Select List Year 2012-extension- regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 27.05.2014 on the subject mentioned above wherein all the cadre units were requested to place the cases of concerned PAs before the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) and to forward the recommendations of the DPC along with the vigilance clearance, details of PAs already promoted / debarred etc.
2. It may be noted that the cadre units were requested to submit the requisite information by 13.06.2014. However, the information is still awaited from the cadre units mentioned in the Annexure. The defaulting cadre units are requested to expedite the information in the prescribed proforma.
