Subject: – Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from PA to PS grade of CSSS- Select List Year 2013(extended) – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 27.02.2015 and subsequent reminders dated 25.03.2015, 24.04.2015, 15.05.2015, 28.05.2015 & 10.06.2015 on the above mentioned subject. The requisite information regarding recommendation of DPC for promotion of eligible PAs to PS Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2013(extended) was required to be furnished in the prescribed proforma by 19.03.2015.
- The range of seniority for promotion to PS Grade for 2013 (extended) was further extended vide OM of even number dated 14.05.2015 and the Cadre Units were requested to furnish the requisite information by 29.05.2015.
- The requisite information in respect of two officials namely Shri Kanwar Singh (retired on 31.03.2014) and Shri Maradani Pushpalatha has not so far been received from their concerned cadre units i.e. Commerce and UPSC respectively in this Department. It may be noted that finalization of PS Grade Select List 2013 (extended) is being delayed due to non receipt of the requisite information from the concerned cadre units. It has, therefore, been decided that in case the DPC recommendations for the said officials are not received by 08.07.2015 positively, they may be left out for the promotion to PS Grade.

Further, the Cadre Units, as per Annexure, are also requested to furnish the requisite information, even that being nil, (without any Annexure) immediately at fax no. 24623157.
