OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Stenographers Grade ‘D’ (Six-Monthly) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, June, 2009-Nomination of qualified candidate reg.

As provided in Rule 14 of the Central Secretariat Stenographers’ Service Rules, 1969, the Competitive Examination limited to the members of Central Secretariat Clerical Service for appointment to the post of Stenographer (Grade ‘D’ of CSSS) was held by the SSC in the month of June, 2009.

  1. On the basis of the results of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ (Six-Monthly) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, June, 2009, Smt. Divya Bajaj, who qualified the said Examination is nominated as per details given below for.appointment as Stenographer (Grade D of CSSS).

  1. The dossier received from the SSC is sent herewith and the same should be retained on her appointment in the Ministry concerned as part of the Service Book.
  2. Before the candidate is considered for appointment to the Steno Grade ‘D’ of CSSS, the particulars of service as indicated in the dossier may be verified from the original entries in the Service Book to ensure that she fulfills all the conditions prescribed in the notification of the said examination. It may also be ensured that no vigilance case is either pending or being contemplated against her.
  3. A Copy of the Offer of Appointment may be endorsed to this Department and SSC. The date of her actual appointment as Stenographer (Grade ‘D’ of CSSS) may be intimated as soon as possible.
  4. The receipt of this O.M. together with its enclosure may kindly be acknowledged.
