Subject: Posting of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of Stenographers Grade ‘C’ \& ‘D’ Examination, 2016 in the cadre units of CSSS – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 14.05.2018 on the above mentioned subject vide which all the cadre units of CSSS were requested to furnish the vacancy position in the grade of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of CSSS in the prescribed format by $18^{\text {th }}$ May, 2018.
2. The requisite information has been received only from 29 Ministries/Departments till date. The Ministries/Departments (given in Annexure-I) are once again requested to furnish the vacancy position in the grade of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of CSSS in the format (Annexure-II) by email at chirabrata.sarkar@nic.in \& sumit.k13@nic.in by $25^{\text {th }}$ May, 2018 positively.
