These Office Memorandums detail the finalisation of the Common Seniority List (CSL) for Steno. Grade ‘D’ select lists up to 1994. The first memorandum addresses the inclusion of Shri Raghu Nath Deb in the CSL, correcting a previous inadvertent omission. His name is to be placed below Ms. Asha Rani Sharma and above Ms. Smitha Viju. The second memorandum concerns the correction of seniority placement for Ms. Meena Datwani, placing her name below Ms. Manju Chawla and above Shri Indrajeet Pandey in the final CSL. Both memos request that the information be disseminated to all concerned and are available on the Ministry’s website.

Subject: Finalisation of Common Seniority List (CSL) of Steno. Grade ‘D’ – Select List years upto 1994 – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to Department of Expenditure’s O.M No. A.32016/2/2010-CAS dated 12.10.2010 regarding inclusion of the name of Shri Raghu Nath Deb in the CSL of Steno. Grade ‘D’ upto 1994 issued by this Department’s O.M No. 20/23/2005-CS.II dated 28.7.2006 which was left out inadvertently. The matter has been examined and it has been decided with the approval of Competent Authority to include the name of Shri Raghu Nath Deb in the CSL at No.1319-A, below the name of Ms. Asha Rani Sharma (CSL No. 1319) and above the name of Ms. Smitha Viju (CSL No. 1320) as per details given below:

The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Health \& Family Welfare’s O.M No. A.23014/2/09-Estt.II dated 3.9.2010 regarding the anomaly in the fixation of seniority of Ms. Meena Datwani in the CSL of Steno. Grade ‘D’ upto 1994 issued by this Department’s O.M No. 20/23/2005-CS.II dated 28.7.2006. The matter has been examined and it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to place the name of Ms. Meena Datwani at CSL No.584-A, below the name of Ms. Manju Chawla (CSL No. 584) and above the name of Shri Indrajeet Pandey(CSL No. 585) in the Final CSL. Accordingly, the placement/Serial Number of Ms. Meena Datwani in the CSL will mutatis mutandis stand modified to that extent.
