This Office Memorandum from the Department of Personnel & Training concerns the updation of the Common Seniority List for Personal Assistants of the Central Secretariat Stenographers Service (CSSS) up to the Select List Year 2009. It also addresses the circulation of a draft Common Seniority List for the Select List Years 2010, 2011, and 2012 as of July 1, 2014. Cadre Units were initially requested to circulate the draft list and provide details regarding regular appointments, particularly for cases where information was missing. This memo serves as a reminder to those Cadre Units that haven’t yet submitted the required information, urging them to do so promptly to finalize the Common Seniority List. Concerned officials are also encouraged to expedite the submission of necessary information. The list is available for viewing and download on the Department’s website.

Subject: Updation of Common Seniority List of Personal Assistant of CSSS upto Select List Year 2009 and circulation of draft CSL for the SLY 2010, 2011 & 2012 as on 1.7.2014 – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 19.08.2014 followed by reminder dated 18.09.2015 on the subject mentioned above. Cadre Units were requested to circulate the Draft Common Seniority List to all the concerned officials and bring the factual inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, to the notice of this Department. Cadre units were also requested to furnish the details regarding date of regular appointment in the grade of PA, which were not available with this Department in respect of some officials.
- The information in respect of some officials are yet to be received from the Cadre Units and have been indicated by * mark in the Annexure. Cadre Units are requested to furnish the information immediately for early finalization of the Common Seniority List accordingly.
- The concerned officials, in their own interest, are also requested to take necessary action to expedite the submission of the requisite information to this Department.
