This Office Memorandum from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension, Department of Personnel & Training, circulates an updated Seniority List of Principal Private Secretaries (PPS) of the Central Secretariat Stenographers Services (CSSS) as of March 1st, 2009. The list, previously circulated on April 18th, 2008, is now available for review and download on the department’s website (http://persmin.nic.in). Cadre authorities are requested to verify the accuracy of details like dates of appointment and birth, and to report any omissions or inaccuracies by June 1st, 2009. Subject: Seniority List of Principal Private Secretary (PPS) of CSSS as on 1.3.2009 – circulation – reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM No. 5/7/2003-CS.II dated 18th April, 2008 circulating therewith a final Seniority List of PPS of CSSS and to say that such a list has further been updated and the same may be seen/downloaded from the website of this Department i.e.:

  1. The list may please be circulated amongst the individual concerned including those who have proceeded on deputation to ex-cadre posts to invite objections, if any. Cadre Authorities are also requested to verify the correctness of the particulars such as date of appointment, date of birth etc., of the officers shown in the list. If the name of any officer has been left out inadvertently from being included in the list, the same may be brought to the notice of this Department.

  2. It is requested that factual inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, may be brought to the notice of this Department immediately but not later 01.06.2009. If nothing is heard from any cadre by that date, it will be presumed that there is no factual inaccuracy in the said list and the same will be finalized accordingly.
